I had this long, ranty post that I typed up at work about how work is Lame. Then I didn't post it and IJ didn't save it and it's all for the best because whatever, work. I finished Whose Body? today, and not only do I still love Lord Peter Wimsey even without Harriet Vane by his side, but I love Dorothy Sayers' writing. Gah! Amazing stuff. Trying to decide whether I should start reading The Unpleasantness At The Bellona Club too - I technically bought both of them for my stepmother for Christmas, but since she read the book I gave her last year through in about a day and then let me borrow it, I doubt she'll mind me getting first peek at these.
Anyway, she's pretty well-read. It's possible she's already read them. Or already owns them. But I don't know any better, so it's all fair!
Only eight, really? Okay. I need to figure out what Meaghan's up to and have Eric post about the plot re: Selwyn. And... then see what happens? I should reinstall Photoshop & Co on my computer (so I can fix the PB page!), but I don't really feel like doing that tonight. |

I need to finish Rols' strengths and weaknesses, history, war stance, and third person sample, which I already know what's going to be written. I desperately need to get her done tonight and wish I'd finished Hannah for ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) mulligan_mods earlier so I could've focused on Rols all weekend.
And she's at rols, if anyone wants to do backplot with her or anything, I'd really like that for Christmas.

Dear friends, I need your help.
I'm not really all that into the occult, but for an app I'm working on, I need to start looking into a lot more than just the normal things like vampires, werewolves, and the Loch Ness monster. However, I know that many of you know a bunch of stuff (esp you Neo people and your Magics and Gothics srsly you impress me [wtf is an áńt’įįzhį, Endischee?] or any of you with your comic books).
So if you could give me the names of random supernatural shit for me to look up, I would be forever grateful. Legends, creatures, cursed items, etc etc. Whatever it is, I may need it, because I am fail at this. I mean, I'd never heard of a chupacabra before this year.

Alignments!
Eric: Lawful Good, as if there was any doubt.
Corrie: Chaotic Good
Renee: Lawful Neutral. I was thinking Chaotic Neutral for her, but it didn't really fit as well after I looked at it. And she definitely isn't that big on change, either. Actually, she's kind of Neutral Evil too. Hmm.
Mac: Chaotic Neutral? I'd say Chaotic Good, but he doesn't really have enough goals for good, or really even a strong set of beliefs other than HEY DON'T KILL ME and I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! And he wants to move to America and hunt buffalo and camp out and carve a canoe out of a whole tree after school. The things he likes aren't really good/evil, they're just sort of there.
Teddy: A mix of Lawful Good and Neutral Good, with a bit more neutral. He does believe in the law to an extent, but... I don't know. It's hard to explain.
In other news, this reminds me of Meaghan, specifically at ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) 91 since it's the right era. (Although she's never heard of the song, because muggle music, BAH.) |
